Operations Manager & Community Engagement Programmer
Jason is a community connector at heart with decades experience working at the intersection of government, community affairs, social change and the arts. He has been a part of the Migration Museum since 2020, and manages the health and safety of the physical space as well as supporting community engagement initiatives such as the Community Curators programme and community space hires and partnerships. His passion is unlocking new opportunities for young people and making space for unheard voices, talents and communities.
Having lived all over the United States Jason calls Lewisham home for the last 15 years and is dedicated to supporting the creative and entrepreneurial communities of South East London. Jason is founder of South East Salon, a platform that elevates entrepreneurs and communities in the best corner of London. He also is a co-founder of the social design studio, Gourmandizing, that collects recipes and produces public art throughout London and abroad. Jason holds a masters in Sociology from City University London.
