Sunday 21 May: A day to remember Calais To support our re-showing of Call Me By My Name: Stories from Calais and Beyond in our new space at The Workshop, we are hosting a day to remember the Calais camp, which was pulled down and destroyed last year. Everybody is welcome! The event, ‘Spicy Eggs and Jungle Chai’, will be held on Sunday 21 May, at The Workshop in Lambeth, where there will be music, jamming, art projects (including the Paper Project), food and a performance of the satirical comedy Borderline, which has been shown to such acclaim at The Cockpit. You will need to buy tickets for Borderline (see below), but all other activities on the day are free. The core activities will be held on the ground floor of The Workshop, which is readily accessible, but there is no step-free access to the Migration Museum and its current exhibitions, Call Me By My Name: Stories From Calais And Beyond and 100 Images of Migration.
